	adding a cot for a 0-2 yrs old child
	local phone calls and internet access
	the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer
	the use of the safe
	the starter pack

SPECIAL RATE on request for long duration of stay or number of residents per unit.

PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit is requested to confirm booking (10% are non-refundable)

CANCELLATION POLICIES
50% cancellation fees will be applicable if stay is cancelled within 15 days of arrival (30 days for Dec-Jan period)
In case of “No show”, full length of stay will be charged.
